Food safety question!

Hi, please can someone help me. I bought a pack of fresh sausage meat and pastry and put them in the freezer before Christmas. A few weeks later I thoroughly defrosted them in the fridge and made sausage rolls and cooked them in the oven; most of which I put back in the freezer again.

 

Will they be safe to eat, as they have been in the freezer twice?

Yes, should be. Even though you froze the meat once and defrosted it, what you did then was to cook it - and that will have killed off all the germs.
