There is no reason for people to spend a fortune on equipment and gyms. There are thousands of excuses, but the fact is you have to do the work to get the gains. Body weight training is a free way of reaching your goals, which allows you to work at you own pace and find your inner strength without the pressure of a gym full of muscle bound athletes.
