zumba fitnes Posted January 1, 2013 Share Posted January 1, 2013 Starting @ 6.40pm on tues 8th Jan Barlborough Village hall £3.50 If anyone is interested contact me, Donna, Zumba is an amazing fitness dance class with great music, we don't care if your co-ordinated or how old you are ..... our class members include 14yrs to 67yrs and all the numbers inbetween and we all just have a great time, and we do loose weight and build fitness levels but most of all have Fun!
