Norseman   10 #1 Posted September 26, 2012 This is just a general enquiry, has anyone on the forum dealt with the Nationwide Building Society in regards to PPI claims?  The reason I ask we are having a nightmare with them. They have made is clear they are not wrong in the decision they have made, despite losing the PPI form and admitting this, making stupid requests (in writing) to try to put us off claiming.  All in all without going into specific details they are either very stupid or totally careless. We instigated a claim with the Financial ombudsman concerning their antics and hey presto they contacted us again just this week, requested some pointless information and then sent another letter stating the case was closed again!  Any ideas? (sensible ones only please)  Tony Hazell at the moneymail comes to mind, the PPI people don't like to tangle with him.....
 Share this content via...
Bludragonfly   10 #2 Posted September 26, 2012 Leave it to the financial services ombudsman now and they will probably find in your favour  Alternatively / as well as have you looked at the moneysavingexpert.com website? They also have a forum where you could post the above and you might get additional answers
 Share this content via...
