akoon   10 #1 Posted August 15, 2012 (edited) A 10 mile walk in an absolutely stunning area with views that have to be seen to be believed. The walk takes place on good paths but there is an overall height gain of 420 metres.  Details:- Meet at Errwood Hall Car Park at 10.15 for 10.30 start. The car park is situated on the south-west edge of the Errwood reservoir. It can be accessed from the A5004 Buxton to Whaley Bridge road, or from the B5470 Macclesfield to Whaley Bridge road. Please note that it is the 3rd car park that you come across on this road, and it is advised that you set off in plenty of time to be able to find the starting point.
