Dawn Chorus Bird Walk @Heeley City Farm Thurs 17/5/2012 6am - 8am

Before the noise of the city traffic starts to build, come and join Philip Ridsdale our resident bird expert on a dawn walk around the farm. He'll be identifying which of our feathered friends visit the farm - he's spotted Sparrowhawks, Ring Necked Parakeets, Song Thrushes, Wrens and Dunnocks to name a few!

 

Meet by reception and wear appropriate strong footwear. Most of the walk is easy going but people with mobility problems or buggies may find certain parts hard going. Alternative routes are available. Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

 

Meet at 6am outside the reception classroom at the farm.
