CzechGirl Posted April 2, 2012 Share Posted April 2, 2012 Wednesday 4th April Hathersage Evening Walk A2 (3½ miles): We wander up to Bronte Cottage and onto Greens House, before heading back into Hathersage via Gatehouse and Nether Hurst If there's interest optional pub meal at the Scotsman pack after the walk (please indicate if interested when booking on) Start: SK230815, Hathersage Main Road opposite the Petrol Station Transport: Meet at 6:00pm at the walk start New members are more than welcome! Just text to the walk leader beforehand saying that you are coming. The details are seen on the website below. http://www.sheffieldwalkinggroup.org.uk/walks-list Come also to our new member's evening Where: Henry's Bar, Cambridge Street, S1 4HP When: first Tuesday of every month, from 7pm (our next meeting will be 3 April) Who is it for: if you're thinking of joining us, or you joined recently, these events are for you! We understand that not all new members are comfortable approaching a big group of strangers, even if they are as lovely as SWG. For this reason we run a new members' evening which is held the first Tuesday of every month from 7pm to 8pm - you can drop in for a drink and a chat at any point between those times. Alice and Edita are part of the committee who are looking forward to meeting you and introducing you to other new members and telling you how the club works. If you can't immediately find us then call Edita on 0753 806 4352. At 8pm, the monthly pub meet of the existing SWG members starts. You are more than welcome to stay and Alice and Edita will do their best to introduce you to potential friends and keep you having a fantastic time! Any questions or comments?
