Paintedsmile
I am moving into a house and it has a free standing [ very old ] electric cooker . I want to replace the cooker and thought I would be limited to an all electric one but on pulling out the cooker there's a capped off gas pipe there. I don't know how long its been unused. I need someone to come and look and tell me if I can use a dual fuel cooker there i.e. gas top hob and electric oven and also give me a price to install such a cooker. Also I would welcome suggestions for a good 60 cm free standing cooker and opinions on the dual fuel type

Paintedsmile
Just to be clearer the dual fuel cooker I am considering buying is a free standing slot in type and not a separate hob with built under oven
