realGonekid Posted February 23, 2012 Share Posted February 23, 2012 Has anyone been to the EIS Institute of Sport Adult Boxing Classes near Don Valley?? Tuesdays/Thursdays. I think Bomber Graham used to do them, and there more of a fitness thing where by you learn some boxing skills? (so the website says). It's definitely more fitness orientated, running, skipping, bag and pad work, light sparring (no head contact), footwork etc. He does push you hard though, I'm still aching 2 days later.
