Where to get a base done for a shed?

Hi all, I'm currently in the market for a garden shed, The difficult thing is though i dont drive myself to fetch concrete slabs and our garden does not a suitable base for a shed to be built upon, just lots of grass.

 

Does anyone know of a business that actually makes a suitable concrete slab base and installs it as well?

Still no help regarding this? More specific details;

 

wanting a cheap base for a 10x13 shed in a garden covered in grass. would like to know the prices of slabs set in sand vs concrete.
