drumstick 10 #1 Posted January 3, 2011 Did any forumers attend the family new years event held at The Platinum Suite at Bramall Lane on Saturday. I have booked a table for family and friends at £25 per person there for the last 5 years but this year was exceptionally poor. The Buffet consisted of a few deep fried items like chicken goujons and scampi, a few sandwiches and some small pork pies and a few salad leafs where in previous years the buffet had carvery meats, Salmon fillets and a wide and varied range of different dishes. The Childrens entertainers advertised were not there, No table decorations, an absolutely rubbish DJ . If you did attend i would like to know what you thought and if you would return next year?
