Hula Hoop Dance is the latest fitness activity to emerge in the UK, it's a fantastic form of cardio exercise which will really work those abdominal muscles. Our Hula Hoop Dance Workout is a fun and energetic way to burn those calories, shape and tone your body, build core strength, increase flexibility, relax and unwind. WEDNESDAYS 5.30-7PM @ GREENTOP CIRCUS, SHEFFIELD All abilities welcome, a selection of hoops will be available for use in the class. Please wear something comfortable and preferably not too baggy!
