chris25989 Posted October 15, 2009 Share Posted October 15, 2009 i have not heard of anything like that exept from i have had a 50cc scooter from a councin run company called wheels to work wherethey will let you have a scooter and pay for your cbt bike license if you pass the criteria which is nothing much just like if you work and its a bus ride or 2 away they will let you have it and you just pau monthly for the rental of the scooter but is not much.cannot remember the exact amount but you get free brand new helmet jacket gloves and cbt test Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
