Just get a cat if you want one, There is a man living in high rise flats in netherthorpe with 3 dogs and sheffield homes have not done anything about him even though there has been complaints for the past 3 years. Another thing that sheffield homes are very strict about is satellite dishes on flats but yet again they don't do anything about these either as there are a few dozen on the ones in netherthorpe & upperthorpe. Our new next door neighbour has 2 medium sized dogs and the smell of dog mess coming from their garden is getting really bad.
