Council houses and pets

Recommended Posts

Hi.

Just get a cat if you want one, There is a man living in high rise flats in netherthorpe with 3 dogs and sheffield homes have not done anything about him even though there has been complaints for the past 3 years. Another thing that sheffield homes are very strict about is satellite dishes on flats but yet again they don't do anything about these either as there are a few dozen on the ones in netherthorpe & upperthorpe.

As long as you look after the cat and cleam the litter tray then there would be no reason for anyone to complain.

Does anyone know what the rule is with Sanctuary housing regarding having dogs? Our new next door neighbour has 2 medium sized dogs and the smell of dog mess coming from their garden is getting really bad. Don't want to cause a problem but if we do have to mention it would like to know if anything can be done.
