I live on Wards Brewery (front facing Ecclesall Road). The apartments are very nice and well maintained. There is never any trouble because of the surrounding area, the apartments are very secure. It is ideal for access to town and Ecclesall Road, if you are young, free and single. I never use the balcony on the front because even in summer it doesn't get any sun! Bear that in mind. Also can be noisy from the road, but hasn't really bothered me. I pay £625 per month for a 2 bedroom with parking (which is on the cheap side), should be nearer £650 - £675 with a parking space.
