  1. Try video village at woodhouse pal , thay useally sell all cods n did it with gta v etc 2 days early

    I echo this post.

Be prepared to pay between £5-£10 pound extra from them if it's an early release though.

It's not a cloak and dagger situation either, if you ring them and ask they will openly tell you that as soon. As they get the delivery they will sell it you early.

  2. If you're at College, then you should be looking for an apprenticeship in your chosen trade. Either get out there and find one, or see if one of your college faculty can assist in finding one.

However, if you can, then I'd change your course away from painting & decorating into something like plumbing, electrician, or even plastering. Much better prospects in those areas.

You've already got your feet under the table at a college, well done for that. Please don't waste it on painting and decorating though, try and get into one of the other trades I mentioned, and really nag and harass your college to assist. You won't regret it.

All that being said, if painting and decorating is your true passion, stick with it, happiness over money every time :)

  3. I feel bad enough when a foreigner gets killed in our country, I feel real shame and embarrassment.

But somehow it's even worse that it's happened in Sheffield, love this city, but now it will get bad press from all round the world when this is such an isolated incident compared to places like London, Manchester etc...

Always proud to say I'm from Sheffield, but not so much this week... :(

  4. :D:D:D

Over the years i've done a lot of garden maintenance in the four areas you mention. I'll stick to Wybourn thanks. :hihi:

Honest question, not trying to be inflammatory at all.

If money was no question, and you were offered a free 5 bed detached in Whirlow, or a 5 bed detached in Wybourn, which would you take?

If you'd be so kind to give reasons as well, I'd love to have this friendly debate with you :)

  5. Sad thing is, NOTHING will happen about this.

The US is far too powerful, what can anyone do to them to punish them? Answer is nothing!

It's sad but true, they are the biggest kid in school, and no one is messing with them.

Imagine if it had been Iran tapping up Obamas phone! War would have been declared already, and the UN would probably even sanction it.

Sickening double standards, but deal with it people, that's life.

I'm just glad we are in bed with the yanks, our "dad" actually is harder than anyone else's!

  6. I cannot believe he's been nominated for the Ballon D'or

85m for a player that gets injured all the time?

    I'd rather Ozil any day.

Bale will be out of Real Madrid within 18 months, I GUARANTEE it.

He's not even proven at world class level yet. Real only bought him because they will make more money back on shirt sales and merchandise.

  7. It's so sad watching someone wilfully destroy their own life with drink or drugs, but it is not within anybody else's power to stop it, sadly. If he can't find the strength to stop it then there's really nothing that hand wringing or wishing it to be different can do about it.

A friend deliberately drank himself to death and it only took 3 months from when he really started trying, so if Mr Gascoigne has been drinking for quite some time then he's clearly had some fairly good luck so far.

Chronic alcoholism causes all sorts of blood enzyme changes, varices of the blood vessels in the stomach and oesophagus and lots of other problems in addition to the liver problems that are more commonly recognised, and any one of these can lead to a very rapid death at any time. It's very likely that he's cause irreparable damage to one of these systems already, so in a lot of ways he's going to have major problems whether he stops drinking or not.

I hope that he finds some peace and has some good breaks with his health in the near future.

    Very well said +1

Shame the rest of the "one line brigade" had to be so lazy and judgemental in thier replies.
