fair play sorry ok here goes the headteacher saw my daughter carry the custard then shout out in pain as she spilt it ....burning her hand the head teacher said she also couldnt understand it because normaly they are luke warm and others off the table were luke warm the headteacher launched the investigation prior to our call because of the burn ... i feel that someone may have put a new bowl of custard amongst the lukewarm ones instead of where they are left to cool meaning a hot bowl of fresh custard was left out too soon for as child to collect ..however the teacher confirmed this is where the burn came from . its a nasty incident and one i wouldnt want to happen again like i say i havent started this thread and have outlined what i would like to acheive from contacting the school is to ensure this cant happen again, no money or media exposure is required wanted or nor would any be welcomed

There isnt nor ever has been any intention of suing compansation or anything else i wouldnt want it to happen again to mine or any of your children ..thats all im trying to acheive with the school i dint start the thread ..i have the right to defend my family from moronic comments ... i know she will survive but i could have been worse it was only her hand ..but could have been someones legs ,face etc .... thats all i want is safety for my and everyone elses children if thats wrong then i should move because what has this nation become

it wasnt a threat it was an offer for anyone doubting this to pm me come and take a look and see if they still find it funny ... i dont do threats and im angry that comments about it happening at home etc been made .... my daughter is far from nervous and is a happy and well mannered child thanks

i agree this shouldnt have been posted on here until i have proof this is correctly what happened the thread should not have been started ! also my daughter is very well spoke and i only resort to language like that when dealing with what i called retards ... your self appears to have used that term too copying does not make it ok , if it turns out my liitle girl has done something or is hiding something from me then i shall speak with her she knows right and wrong and hot and cold ... i can appreiciate ...on speaking to the school the headteacher witnessed it happen so administered first aid and are investigating to there is your proof that the hot custard caused it but i had explored all possibilitys including my child making a error the only error was to spill abit ..as confirmed by the school

right i asked my daughter how this occured she said the custard ... she has a burn on the thumb area where it has dripped down the bowl and has blistered where its got stuck on her palm ... i dont know why anyone else or if anyone else has been burnt hence the reason her mum has phoned the school to make sure this is how it happend and that she did nothing to cause this herself .... if you want to come around and inspect it ur selves pm me ive told you

Excuse me <removed> thats my daughter your all infact talking about Im shocked at the sheer stupidity of some of your posts ... Compensation has never nor never will be even mentioned by my family and am shocked you think that way ...good job it wasnt u or ur family or my taxes would end up paying for ur claim ... My reaction is that these things happen until i saw the burn , i am not demanding that custard be removed from the menu and if my child has done something to cause this then clearly this is a parental issue . my main concern is that this happend in a dinner hall there are children about accidents happen but if she had tripped and spilt this on another child burning and blistering there face/arms whatever ,that parent wouldnt be phoning the school demanding something be done or wanting to know why food is being carried by 5 year olds when its hot enough to seriously burn ? the op is obviously posting out of concern and i appreciate that . also the star i dont think so i wouldnt be intrested in one bit ... to all of you that have expressed concerns its appreiciated that not all of society is turning into complete morons ... if anyof you would like to come and view the burn and then spend five minutes with me if they still feel so funny and cleaver laughing about a 5 year old reciving a nasty burn feel free to pm me !
