Thanks for replies The videos are unwatchable, they are on a format I don't understand. I'm just hoping there's a chance I can get them recovered. Captainwood2 has offered to take a look- its not something I feel I can tackle myself. And I need to get myself sorted with a new computer. Thanks for advice Fingers crossed

Hi Yes I have windows installed which runs like a separate computer, and my semi deleted videos are on there. The mac itself isn't dead, just full and de pixilated. I can get everything I want from the mac side of it, it's the videos that I don't know what to do about. And I don't want to get rid of the computer if there's a chance of retrieving them.

I don't know if anyone can help me? I have an apple desktop computer which is nearly dead (it's old and you can only see around a third of the screen!) so I will be looking for an apple laptop, but not until I have attempted to retrieve all my family videos which are running in windows.... On my mac. These have somehow been sort of deleted, I'm hoping not for good. There is still a 'footprint' there for all the videos but I wouldn't know where to begin to try and get them back. It's been like this for ages as I don't know who to ask. Any ideas anyone please?

Oh thank you for that. Could the belly dancing one be called shiraz? Anyone know what its like? I thought it would be nice to have a bit of entertainment because we all dont know each other very well so would be a bit of an ice breaker. I am going to try Zeuma soon though because it comes so highly recommended. Which ones the best to go to do you thing Zeuma or Zeuma Iki? Thanks for your replies

Hi I have just been searching Turkish restaurants on London road and have found Marmaris, Alaturka, Nano and Zeugma. I was trying to find the one which was recently reviewed in the Sheffield Telegraph (I think it was the Telegraph anyway?) It received great reviews and on certain nights had bellydancing/entertainment. I have been put in charge of booking a christmas party so want to get a good place to eat. Can anyone help me?
