I am thinkning of getting someone in to do my garden as i dont have time.

Raised flower beds with sleepers, new garden path, slabbed patio area etc.

Hi everyone, can anyone help in the following case:

My boiler is an old Worcester Combi.

I recently drained my system a littel to de-pressurise and blank off some hot water pipes (as i was taking a rad out upstairs)

When I re-filled the system and bled out the air from the rads the cental heating works but the hot water only gets mildly warm at best.

The pressure to the system is at 1.5bar (as it was before) and the boiler apperas to fire up when there is a call for hot water.

blue skies cafe on the sheffield airport business park - they do amazing sandwiches and jacket poatoes - mmmmm!

we are currently having a kitchen fitted from Vaccari kitchens and thy are doing a brilliant job - i would reccomend them to anyone for the design and fitting service. the kitchen looks great!!

we managed to see her earlier this week - she claims she is selling up and that all debts will be settled this week (I've heard that before!). the shop on london road was clsed when we went at lunchtime on monday so it doesn't seem that she's trading from there at the moment. it doesn't look good...

the woman is a total liar! i have her mobile number and home address after writing to her about a small claims court case we have lodged. do not believe what she says about fraud - she conveniently blames it on an employee who has left the company but she has promised to pay us the money our tenants paid her for their first months rent after a bounced cheque and too many broken promises! get all tenants to pay money direct to you if possible because she is undoubtedly spending OUR money financing her new premises! she claims to have someone investing but who would be that stupid after seeing her account books?!

we've had loads of problems with them - they owe us money and the owner keeps telling me there's no problems and she'll pay us but after nearly 2 months still no cash. has anyone got any idea as to what can be done? she should be shut down, all she does is tell lies and spend other peoples money!!

Hi, I have had all the calcs done so i have the correct spec of beam.

I have a of brick wall which is load bearing between my kitchen and dining room which i would like removing.

The span is 2.5m and the wall is 2.8m high.

I think i can get the steel for around £100 so would like a quote for the removal of the wall and installation of the steel

Any reccomendations of good builders welcome. please email or phone me.
