one more piccie - the lead seal!

Hi everybody. I live in Bristol and work at a small farm. The packing room has a motley collection of scales and weighing machines and I've recently took stock of the goodies and the baddies... Pick of the bunch is an old Avery 1217 which after a good clean, appears to be a "Rolls Royce product"! I'd love to learn more about it - all I can find online is an image of a certificate from Oz, dating from '73. Does anyone know where I can find out more about this excellent compsct and astonishingly well made weighing machine?
