When pointed out the reasons you chose to ignore.
shop online then you can watch trisha at the same time:thumbsup:
problem solved:)

what about them giving you lifts when you are in a intoxicated state? i thought this reason alone would make you praise them!
thats why i suggested letting them drive at off peak times:D

How many people in their 60's/70's with a baby and a 3 year old?
i'm on about in the decades 60's and 70's,the days when women used shanks pony and public transport.
-
Kirky, have you ever tried to get a bus anywhere other than Sheffield with 2 kids and a buggy? NIGHTMARE.
Half the time the bus doesn't turn up so you've 2 freezing wailing bored kids standing at a windy bus stop getting drenched with hail/rain. Now when the bus turns up you have to HOPE it has buggy access, or you've got to fold the chuffing thing up with baby, shopping and 3 year old and pray someone can help.
never seemed to bother women in the 60's n 70's:rolleyes:
-
just a point here,i never said men were better drivers, the point i'm making is women don't need to drive, they can get a lift off a man or get the bus.easing congestion and cleaning up the envoiroment at the same time.
-
kirky... the tide of comments regarding the fact that the question asked why "women" and not "people" felt the need to drive...
it would have been quite an interesting debate as to why people feel the need to drive...
the reason i need to drive is quite simple,i have to carry 4 lads and 4 ladders all over sheffield,on the other hand my wife works in the same shop everyday so why doesn't she catch the bus.
-
and so it begins...
what does:confused:
-
Actually Kirky Im a very good driver, and I've got no one to cart me around even if i couldnt drive!
So there..; )
as we've met and your a top chick i'd give you a lift:)
-
surely the question of the post should be "why do people feel the need to drive"? the sex of the driver is irrelevant to the fact that there are too many cars etc...
just a thought...
yes i agree too many cars,so lets half the number of them by getting women off the roads,or let the drive at certain times i.e off peak.
-
back in the 60's and 70's hardly any of them did,the roads were far more safer (nowhere near as much traffic) the envoiroment was much cleaner and also kids walked to school and were much healthier,if my mum wanted to go anywhere my dad or grandad took her.....surly it waould be a lot better going back to them days...i mean lets face it they arnyt very good at it either.

One of the best days ever.
Those were the days when you did not need a bank loan to go to the match.
The season ticket for the Kop cost £14.

I was there Kirky but it was a great day for me! I even finished up with this lass I'd been after for ages later on. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven ! I don't think today will be as good though mate, as long as our lot keep it to 3 I'll be happy (for obvious reasons)
can you confirm that alex sabella played,a bloke in our local reckons he didn't but i'm sure i remember him getting flattened early on.
In around three weeks time I will be known as Grandad Kirky
