Team Russell

We are a group of young athletes ranging from age 7 – 21 training at Woodburn Road Athletics Stadium, English Institute of Sport and Graves Park participating in Track & Field as well as cross country. Team Russell has had many English Schools track and field finalist over the past 13 years and with the one to one coaching aims to produce many more top class athletes Team Russell is adding Wednesday nights to our training programme from 7th March .... The session will include a sprints/jumps session and a middle distance session from 5pm until 6.15pm. Please message us for more details or call myself (James) on 07825299046.
