Nosh on Division Street - closed down?

Sad to hear that. Although it was a little dowdy I used to like going there and the staff were particularly friendly and welcoming. -
Went to have coffee in Nosh on Division St (opposite old Fire Station) this morning and it was shut. Peered through window and all chairs and tables were stacked, refridgerators were empty. Anyone know if they've closed for good or for refurbishment maybe?
