  1. Yes. You took my post completely out of context and gave it a meaning of your own. I asked "why do we keep giving to charities for the elderly year after year" because these are the charities Pattricia is interested in. My post was reflecting that its the same principle, obviously giving once to the charities wont solve all problems forever. There are not just a few people who need help, there are millions.
  2. I think you need to do a little research too don't you? Please at least have a look at the various projects comic relief funds.
  3. Please see interviewers posts, as it is that poster that I quoted in the post you replied to.
  4. You have absolutely no idea of the changes the money makes, that is obvious from every post you make. So why do you hold this "opinion"?
  5. I'm also basing my opinion on fact, not accusing anyone and everyone of being weak for donating to a worthy cause.
  6. I don't think so. From what I can see most of the information contained in your posts has been plucked from thin air.
  7. Answer my question then, why do we give to charities to the elderly year after year?
  8. You're expressing your opinion with no reasoning behind it, then not answering questions when asked.
  9. Please look at a map. Can you see the size of the African continent? How on earth can people even think for a second that 23 years of comic relief money could fix an entire continent let alone the rest of the world. You don't give money, so it's quite frankly nothing to do with you where the money goes. Why do we keep giving old people money year after year?
  10. As I keep saying, you need to do some research into the 100s of projects which have helped millions of people. You seem to think those peoples lives are worthless and saving them is not an important part of what Comic Relief does.
  11. There's not really much to debate when posters such as yourself throw about opinions plucked from thin air with no basis in fact.
  12. I get it now, you think a few years of Comic Relief should have cured poverty and illness in Africa.
  13. That's my point exactly. You've completely ignored the existence of them.
  14. Did you look at the link provided by Sibon? It outlines changes and makes them very simple for you to understand.
