Stay away from Tapton my friend's daughter goes there and she hates it...the kids in year 8 act like animals, the teachers look fed up and don't want to be there, pupils wear what they want their meant to have a uniform but when i recently went there to pick my friends daughter up i could not believe what I was seeing..boys with their trousers half down their legs with boxer shorts hanging out and girls in skirts so short it made you feel uncomfortable...i'm not old fashioned but there is a time and a place to dress like that and school is not the place...i have heard other parents comment on this and they recently did a survey but nothing seems to have been done! High Storrs seems ok

Hello my partner is renting his property out and we would like any advice on if there is a scheme what covers built in appliances and the boiler for repairs and breakdowns...and if it can't be repaired then the comapny would supply a new appliance ...I know British Gas does this but they are very expensive and we have had a bad experience with them.

I cannot believe that the council are doing this to so many people.... reading the posts on here and just hearing what people from work are saying I just find the whole process ridiclious and unfair...the CYPD directorate is apprantely going to be hit the worst, hearing the rumours at work...I work in a school and the tension at work is awful....anyone else looked at the details ive put up? and made any sense of it?

Sorry to say but Mei's restaurant was awful went their Saturday night Service was shocking the girls were sat round the corner chatting so had to go up and order, food came and the chicken was not cooked, asked if it could be cooked a little more obviously had been heated in a microwave so ended up leaving it. Only other people in were a group who were friends of the owners...never had a bad Chinese until now...avoid really not worth it Candytown on London Road much nicer excellent service fantastic food and great value for money

All I want to say is we are so lucky to have intelligent people like Mr Goose and Lemony...and the other like minded people on this site...the BNP are NOT an "innocent" party these people believe in sending people back to their country, getting rid of someone who is of different race, colour etc they have two sides to them one which is fake and wants to win the public over and promote good for all things "British" ie a typical white supremacist economy and their other side is a dark evil with their sick messages of hate and discrimination...if your looking for something good to support...support the ANL=Anti Nazi League. Went there the other night with andyst...havent been to Jumbo's in a while was really nice...enjoyed the food and it was an ok atmosphere..cant complain...for a city centre chinese buffet..

Hello does anyone know of a person or company what can tile a kitchen floor and how much would it cost? we have everything you need the tiles, the glue, grout, and the cutter we just have no idea what we're doing...its a concrete floor...its not a very big kitchen...think it 3m x 4m...thanks
