One in four adults will experience mental illness in the UK with three in four starting in childhood.
Pontes mental health training is a Sheffield Based training company born out of the desire to help people understand mental health and mental illness better. We believe that knowledge is empowering, and the key to helping yourself and others in mental health issues.
We are proud to now also offer the Licensed 2-day Youth Mental Health First Aid training, delivered by certified mental health first aid instructors with a professional background in mental health.
£160 per person.
£140 for charities.£ 95 Unemployed or students.
