At the heart of the Longshore Drifters sound is the duet partnership of songwriters Michelle Miller & Mark J. Lee. A modern day twin telecaster wielding Loretta & Conway, breathing new life into golden age Honky tonk sounds. Alongside Pedal Steel from John Hornig, Andy Francis on bass and drummer, Andy Maby they have garnered a reputation as an incandescent & heartwarming live act, well versed in the roots of traditional country music forms earning appropriate whoops and hollers across the UK and Europe. With standout performances at festivals like Red Rooster and Hastings Fat Tuesday plus debut EP ‘The Grind’ under their belt, the band released cosmic western duet, ‘Hurricanes & Razorwire’ from their first full length album due for release later in the year.
