Stress can quietly build up in our lives, leaving us feeling under pressure, anxious, and unable to fully enjoy daily experiences.
In this workshop, we’ll explore what stress really is and how to recognise its early signs, so we can reduce it before it takes over and begin living with a calmer, clearer mind.
Each session includes two guided meditations and a practical talk, followed by time for Q&A. At the break there is a self-service tea point or you can have barista drinks and snacks in our World Peace Cafe
Regardless of your background or beliefs, this workshop is designed to be accessible and beneficial to everyone.
