Free Meditation CourseA very easy meditation. Its all about not trying! And it happens on its own that you go into a state of silence and peace within. Come along on the Saturday 7th January 1.30 to 3pm for a six week course in how to achieve this state; in the session and at home. Gradually bring it into your routine and it will make a massive difference to your days. We know cause we've tried it:) We look forward to welcoming you this week!
