DAVE TWENTYMAN

Effortlessly funny and quick on his feet, Dave Twentyman endears himself to the toughest of audiences as an act or compere. Dave is like an over enthusiastic 10 year old that had too much pop and crisps. Though underpinning this bundle of happiness lays a sharp comedy mind which can play any type of crowd to a muddy festival to his Nan’s nursing home.

"Very funny, lovely young man" XFM Manchester

"Twentyman took the show by the horns & did an amazing job, give that man a medal" The Comedy Club Hahaheehee

"He deflects the heckles with wit as well as making sure the acts get a rousing reception"Lancashire Life Magazine

"Fantastic & Friendly" The Northern Echo

SOL BERNSTEIN

Superb character comedy.

The legend that is Sol Bernstein escaped the Pogroms in Russia, the Nazis in Germany, and went on to become the World's 1st all-round entertainer. He's a song and dance man, a comedian, a magician, an actor, a Jazz musician (Sol was rated "BEST TRIANGLE" player in the USA in the 50's by performers like Louis Armstrong and Duke Ellington ). Also rated the best impersonator EVER !!

He's performed all over the world at venues including The London Palladium, New York's Carnegie Hall, The Paris Olympia, Caesars Palace Las Vegas, and Scunthorpe Baths, but it's at night clubs where Sol really comes to life. His charisma, his style, his catch phrase "why don't you put on a tie" his chutzpah, put it all together and you see the magic that is Sol Bernstein.

He's the man who helped the career's of Elvis Presley. Marcel Marceau (and never even got a "Thank you") and even the Beatles were influenced. He's worked with, and been friends with, some of the world’s GREATEST performers, Elvis, Judy Garland, The Rat Pack, Lenny Bruce, Jack Benny, George Burns, Milton Berle, Doris Day, Tommy Cooper, Eric Morecambe, Eddie Large

Most young performers will mention Sol B as a major influence. A major influence to do what, we aren't sure, but an influence never the less!

"One part Alf Garnett, two parts Mel Brooks, and three parts like nothing you've ever heard" The Guardian

"An instantly winning creation" Evening Standard

"No age barrier to comic genius" Edinburgh Evening News

"Bernstein's the real deal, you'd better believe it" The Scotsman

SEAN PERCIVAL

Sean's brand of comedy steers clear of the surreal and confronts realism in an explosively funny way.

Sean is an ex-welder from Dudley whose down to earth act is bang up to date with its upfront attitude.

A festival favourite he has performed at the Edinburgh, Download, Reading, Leeds and Sonisphere festivals and as an established headliner he plays regularly at all major comedy clubs around the UK.

In demand as a script writer, Sean works regularly with likes of Johnny Vaughan for the Capital Radio group. He spent two years writing and performing on Capital fm's drive time radio show in Birmingham and for Heart fm in Birmingham, and provided the voice for "Black Country Bob" on both those shows fronted by Talk Radio's host and impressionist Ian Danter.

"Sean's comedy is the comedy of honesty. His act is the working man's revenge on the safe, middle-class, politically correct humour that has dominated comedy. Sean's humour is not surreal, it's not wacky, it's just bloody funny. This is not smile humour, this is bust your gut rubber underpants stuff" (Joan Serone Bungalow, What's On)

"…the big gold star of the show must be the long-haired man from Dudley. He came. He spoke. He had us curled up begging for more…Sean Percival was the best heckler worrier I've seen for years…" (Evening Mail TV)

“Absolutely brilliant – can we book him for our Christmas show please” Red Card Comedy, Norwich (March 09)

RICHARD MORTON

Described as "possibly Newcastle's finest export since the famous brown ale" and certainly more consistent than its football team, Richard Morton has nailed the twin talents of musicianship and comedy into one perfectly suited package.

This livewire Geordie comic is full of surprises and manic energy, bounding around the stage like an overgrown child on a massive sugar rush.

A former winner of Time Out Comedian of the Year, Richard Morton’s amiable manner belies a razor sharp talent and with some acutely witty and well-defined and varied observations, he tackles a plethora of life's situations in gags, tales, and some of his hilarious and occasional risque songs. No subject matter is clearly safe from being put to a tune.

"Comic genius"- The Daily Express

"A great stand up. Audiences laughed longer and louder at Morton than any other act on the Fringe." - Sunday Times

"His hilarious songs give musical comedy a good name" - The Guardian

PAUL TONKINSON

Yorkshireman, occasional marathon runner, and sometime radio and TV presenter Paul Tonkinson is also an established and popular stand up star. A former Time Out ‘Comedian of the Year’, with deadpan northern charm and infectious energy.

TV wise, he recently performed a storming set on Michael Mcintyre’s Comedy Roadshow, and has also performed on The Comedy Store and The World Stands-Up for Comedy Central. He was recently a contestant on Ch 4`s hit show Celebrity Come Dine With Me, scooping first place and winning the cash prize for his chosen charity. Paul has performed all over the world, from Montreal to Singapore and Dubai; and as well as Iraq, he has entertained the troops in Afghanistan, the Falkland Islands, Malta, Kosovo and Egypt.

A first class act, one of the most esteemed performers working on the UK comedy circuit, with a bullet-proof set and a plethora of universally funny material.

"Brilliant" The Independent.

“Very funny” The Mirror.

“Witty and sharp” Three Weeks

“An engaging storyteller” Chortle

“Excellent... extremely talented... brilliant” Time Out
