Moisture content is about 20%. If you wanted to try a bag I would a bg for £50.

Are the logs from local trees? Need to stock up on seasoned hardwood logs now before autumn, do you deliver to Dore? if so how much would it be for 3 large bags and do you deliver 'FREE' as it says on your website http://www.dronfieldlogs.co.uk on Saturdays?

The best place I have found good quality logs and firewood is a Tree Surgery Company called Tree Surgeons Sheffield (TSS). They are very professional and fast.

Check out The Log Shop on Chesterfield Rd opposite B&M bargains. They sell kiln dried logs and coal- really impressive little shop.

I got some wood from there for last week. The guy is really nice, sure he'd do a delivery if requested - he helped me carry the wood to the car, which was nice! I'm no expert on wood/fires, but it was dry as a bone and burnt very well. Just a little bit pricey I would've thought if you plan to use it regularly - think it was 3 bags for 15 quid or something, and they weren't massive bags.
