tristan_chi 10 #1 Posted September 21, 2007 I am very confusing now, as an international student, just arrive Sheffield for 4 days, and find 2 rooms are quite good for rent. However, dont know how to make decision. Since there is 1 house, a spacious room, brightness, but it rent £ 55 per week, excluded bills, i have to install internet, and TV lisence by myself. the other is a sharing aparment, £ 66 per week included everything, but is relatively smaller and not that good condition....people advice me dont choose the room with separate bills and rent, since I will get in a big trouble during the winter time. ...... Also, i am going to sign a contract with the agency, is it only me sign on the paper? I am not sure because in my own country we have both party signature. please, any local people can give me some advise? thank you very much!
