im just about to put my house up for sale in woodseats and im starting the process of getting valuations.

 

has anyone ever had any dealings with Bairstow Eves, good, bad whatever. they are quite a new company and dont know much about them.

 

OH, if your interested its a 2 bed terrace, very nice if i do say so myself and a rarity in woodseats, a big garden

 

 

We have had exeptional service from Bairstow Eves Woodseats Branch. We found the valuer so knowledgable and helpful in every single way. The staff are so wonderful and helped us every step of the way. We received flowers and cards when we eventually moved into our new property and had a personal call from the Manager at the branch to welcome us to our new home.

 

Could not recommend them highly enough.

Maybe you should have got more than one valuation then and gone for a higher one. .

We had 3 valuations, all came in the same.

I hope I'm not too late to direct you to my 1st post on the site about Baldersons. I have to say, we have dealt with all the agents based in Woodseats and Baldersons have been by far the best (maybe I should be getting some commission!) Bairstow Eves also seemed to know their stuff but we only dealt with them regarding 1 property so not enough to form a valid opinion I'm afraid.
