Plse what does this mean?

Trying to log on to a website and keep getting the message below. Have always been able to access it in the past so what does it mean apart from the fact that it won't work?

The site can't find a file it's looking for - in other words, they've probably done some changes and broken it.

nah, looks like its trying to find an xml file on the site and cant, theyve prolly moved or renamed it
