Dress code for Eckington school ?

The title says it all really !,My daughter starts Eckington school in September , and i seem to have mislaid the information on what she has to wear, ive been on the website and downloaded the dress code but for some reason my pc wont let me open it !!

 

Can anyone help ?

http://www.trutexdirect.com/ This is very useful as you can buy online and comes delivery free. Much better quality than the stuff you buy from the killamarsh supplier. Is the uniform for a boy or girl?

According to website

 

DRESS CODE

________________________________________________________________

Our school has a compulsory code of dress (available to order in school) which

consists of:

 

Autumn / Spring Wear

 

Royal blue sweatshirt or cardigan

White shirt (polo or similar style)

Plain dark trousers or skirt (black, navy or grey)

Black Shoes NOT trainers (heels no higher than 5cm (2”))

 

Summer Wear

 

Plain dark shorts with white polo shirt

Blue / white checked or striped dress

PE Kit

Royal Blue or navy shorts

Plain white t-shirt

 

Jewellery

 

For safety reasons, only one stud earring in each ear is allowed, which must be in the

lobe. These must be removed for PE, swimming and games.

Sorry have just noticed that you said daughter :loopy:

 

Skirt plain black or dark grey of acceptable style and length

Trousers plain black or dark grey tailored

Shirt white short sleeved polo with school logo or plain white shirt blouse with school tie (nobody wears the latter)

sweatshirt black with school logo

socks plain dark coloured

footwear plain black not trainers No heels above 2inch no sandals, shoes/boots no more than 1 inch above ankle bone

no trainers with large signs of advertising (logo).

no weird hair colours and studded collars unless your a Goth and apparently exempt from a dress code.

no dyed hair unless your a teacher.

no multiple piercings including the nose, unless your a teacher.

The uniform is for my daughter , just been on the trutex website , and i'll be buying off there . The jumper is black then with logo and white polo shirt with logo . Is it black trousers and shoes as well ?.What about P.E , what do they have to wear for that ?

no i'm a peed off parent of an ex student.

i had more visits to see the head of year than any other father i think.

 

"xxxxxx hair isn't naturally red is it Mr xxxxxx"

 

"No, it's not, but your not naturally blonde are you Miss Head of Year"

........................................................................................

"xxxxx's got her ears pierced twice, this isn't school policy"

 

"you drama teachers got her nose pierced"

 

"teachers are excluded from the dress code"

......................................................................................

this went on for 7 years.
