Forty foot public house - is it closing down?

Recommended Posts

is the 40 ft closing down, only a for lease sign has recently beed put up, that makes three watering holes within a mile of each other (40 ft, 5 arches and the timbers) theyll soon be no estate pubs left.

It just needs someone else to take the lease on, it doesnt mean it'll close.

The Timbers - do you mean the Timbertop? That's open.

No it isnt - expect to have to put up a lump sum for fixtures and fittings.
