DaFoot 10 #2 Posted August 3, 2007 I'm guessing it is actually the same game in differant packaging. Sounds crazy I know!
 Share this content via...
The_DADDY (2) 10 #3 Posted August 3, 2007 The classic range is for older titles re packaged and re released. Same as the platinum range in the days of the Greystation 1.
 Share this content via...

psyn 10 #6 Posted August 4, 2007 when doa came out on the 360 wasn't it a double disk edition ?
 Share this content via...
shuwarrior51 10 #7 Posted August 6, 2007 No, it was always a single disc. The first game to have multiple discs on 360 will be "Blue Dragon" which will be out soon and is a 3-disk Japanese RPG. To re-iterate the above posts though, its exactly the same game. The retailer is probably a bit behind themselves....im sure if you took it to the till it would scan the same! elBurgero 10 #8 Posted August 6, 2007 No, it was always a single disc. The first game to have multiple discs on 360 will be "Blue Dragon" Well, kind of. There have been a few games out with more than one disc, but if you mean multiple discs ALL with game content on then you are correct. However there have been releases which boast a game disc, and an additional disc with something like original artwork, or the 'making of' content such as Gears of War Special Edition. chimaera 10 #9 Posted August 6, 2007 Exactly what they said above - the 'Classics' range is basically the budget re-release label, like Hit Squad back on the old 8-bit computers if you're old enough to remember
 Share this content via...
Cynic 10 #10 Posted August 6, 2007 been looking for the game Dead or alive 4 but i have seen 2 types, Type 1 - Dead or Alive 4 Xbox 360 Type 2 - Dead or Alive 4 (Xbox 360 Classics) BUT there are nearly £10 difference between them I was thinking of buying DOA 4. If you don't mind me asking, what price have you found the two versions for? Cheapest I found was the original for £17.97 on ASDA website. I had it ordered previously for £12 but the place I was getting it from has been out of stock for months.
 Share this content via...
