I have recived my modem, gone through the instructions to set up but I am waiting for my line to go through on the modem. How long normally has it took you to get your line up and running. Do I have to wait for email conformation on this? It has been 7 days since I registered with them.

In all Fairness Alex that thread was started because he didn't get his modem for weeks.. Ideally they should time the arrival of your modem in line with your phone line being activated..

 

You aren't the first to be affected by this BB Providers shabby service.. and I suspect you won't be the last.. No doubt you will be spending endless hours on the National Rate helpline..
