rob83   10 #14 Posted September 23, 2008 Hi  I'm 25 years old and started riding later in life, back at my university riding club in 2002 and I'm hooked. Have continued to ride on and off since I graduated, but work and financial commitments just seem to stop me from doing this. So, hopefully there is someone out there who has a horse for loan/ share that I would be more than willing to help with. I'm looking around the Chesterfield/ Sheffield area (live in Chesterfield).  Cheers
 Share this content via...

Rob Zebra   10 #16 Posted October 9, 2008 Hi,  I have just returned to riding after a break of quite a few years. I rode regularly on our own (ponies) from the age of 8 to about 22 so I have plenty of experience though it is a little rusty. I am working part time at the moment and would be very happy to help/exercise a horse 1-2 days a week from now till May when I get busy again. I am looking for around 16hh somewhere close to North Sheffield.  Thanks
 Share this content via...

sazrar   10 #19 Posted May 23, 2009 Hi, I'm looking for a horse to loan out a couple of days a week just for hacks around the local area. I started riding at a young age and had to stop due to finanical reasons at the age of 12, now 20, I have carried on riding occassionally at Rocky's Western Adventure, but would like a horse closer to home to ride in the local woods, I'm willing to help out for the 2 days of loan in terms of stable work even though I lack the knowledge since I havent worked at a stables in some years but can learn quick. I'm a confident rider that just needs freshening up. I'm situated in Ecclesfield (S35) but would like to hack in Grenoside woods, I drive so would be able to travel to places such as Edale/Rivelin/Worral etc, however would stretch to places like barnsley, rotherham. Willing to pay a reasonable fee for the loan.  Thanks, Sarah
 Share this content via...
