Whoa whoa whoa whoa A GLIMMER OF HOPE PEOPLE!

 

School closures

:: These schools have notified us that they will be CLOSED on Friday, 29 June. Further info has been stated where it is available. For schools in the Doncaster area scroll down the page.

 

Brinsworth Comprehensive School will be closed on Friday. Exams are continuing as per normal. Open as usual on Monday.

 

Castle Hill closed for the rest of the week.

 

Dinnington Comprehensive School will be closed on Friday. Exams are continuing as per normal.

 

Dodworth St John the Baptist in Barnsley will remain closed until Friday, 29 June and will reopen on Monday 2nd July.

 

Dunston Primary closed.

 

King Edwards VII's Sports Day at the Woodburn Stadium (scheduled for Friday 29th) has been cancelled. Pupils should come into to school as normal for lessons.

 

Kilnhurst Primary School, Rotherham is closed on Friday.

 

Malin Bridge Pre-School closed for the rest of the week.

 

Redbarn House Pupil Referral Unit, Swinton closed until Monday.

 

Sheffield College - all sites open except Hillsborough College which is closed until further notice.

 

Sheffield Springs Academy will remain closed for pupils until Monday, 2 July.

 

Skills Saturday at Dearne Valley College has been cancelled this week.

 

SYAC nursery on The Wicker in Sheffield will be closed until further notice.

 

Whiston Worrygoose Infants and Juniors in Rotherham will reopen on Monday.

 

The Willows School will be closed until further notice.

 

:: Bradlfield Comprehensive School Golden Jubilee (planned for Sunday 1st July) has been cancelled. As far as we're aware the school is open as normal.

Marber, enjoy your break. The lights are back on and the buses can cross the M1. We are open... according to my e mail anyway.

I'd still listen to Radio Sheffield tomorrow morning, just in case.

thank god, lil miss tiger can finally have her lay in!!

shame about the jubilee thingy... sure pupils AND staf worked hard on it!! has it been rescheduled at all?? not that iwas going just curious!

Oh I will sibon.

 

Please tell me you won't send them home at the first power cut we are only low risk for 9am - 12 noon then medium risk at 3pm - 6pm.

 

Please tell me that the concert might go ahead at some point.
