The Q says it all

I sometimes want to down load stuff from the net which is then saved to the desk top.

If I want to burn the file to disc via "right click and send to" there's no drive noted, although there is "floppy drive a "

It is driving me mad!!

On XP type "sendto" (without the quotes) into run, it will open a folder that you can drop things into, drop an app or drive into the folder.

For some reason this doesn't work on Vista, you need to paste the following into the address bar:

%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo

Same principle applies to above, you can copy over drives and apps.
