lazyherbert
I have just bought a digital camera from Amazon,Fuji s5700. Amazon passed the sale onto one of their authorised sellers because they did not have this camera. This company was Pixmania whose parent company is in France. The camera came in good time all be it very badly packed but the camera was O.K.When i looked at the manual it was all in FRENCH.When I contacted them they said I could download it from the web,all 180 pages of it.After another round of e-mails they then agreed to print it for me and send it.This they did after 2 weeks. It was printed on an A4 sheet & was printed on both sides which meant that there were four pages to each A4 sheet. These then had to be cut & assembled. When assembled the first page was O.K. but the second page was upside down, the third page was O.K. but the fourth page was upside down etc.etc. I then sent them another e-mail to which they replied that my ADAPTOR PLUG was on its way.The saga continues. shoeshine
But French cheeses are wonderful, especially Camembert! I'm sure they've just done it to get their own back for losing at Agincourt in 1415.

swordfish1
Think yourself lucky you got the camera in good time. They've got a really bad reputation on camera and photography forums. I got an underwater housing which would have been cheaper through them, but won't touch 'em with a bargepole.
