Please do a search, this has been covered countless times before.

Thought exactly the same.

But anyway...

My missus had hers done at Optimax in Manchester about 8 years ago. She says it's the best money she's ever spent.

I don't want to scaremonger people, but do consider all options. I remember looking at the option of this before, but decided against it.

My bro did have his eyes done too, but later found out that he had diabetes. So, I don't know how it will affect him. Diabetes do affect the eyes as well. He does have the night vision light effect to his sight afterwards too.

I think you need to have your eyesight stablised on a set measurement for a couple of years before the surgeons will do it for you.

Boots was at one point in time, offering a buy one get one eye free operation. Or so I was told by another friend who had his eyes done.

I had mine done last year at Optimax in Leeds, the side effects only lasted a week or so and were just about bearable but still wouldn't put me off having it done and I thought the price was quite reasonable.
