xpaddyxuk
Police were at the top of Linley lane diverting traffic along Wardlow Road back on to Birleymoor Road in frecheville this evening, just wondered if anyone knows why? I turned down the other way instead but it looked like there was a fair few coppers at the top off Linley Lane.
JoeP
I was in that. The bus driver mentioned the word 'accident' but didn't elaborate.
xpaddyxuk
I wonder if someone had pulled out of Linley Lane onto Birleymoor and not made it in that case, it just seemed a very strange place to close a road and divert.

Panda Pasoos
Think the manor top thing was the crash at Hollinsend (there's another post on that) I was wondering what was happening on Linley Lane too, Me and my fella were gonna get a bus from Manor Top to the Noah's Ark pub, but we walked it faster. Much bad traffic all around the area today. Took ages to get home
Camrat78
The Lindlay Lane thing was something to do with the drains/water supply. Around the manhole covers at the top by the junction, the road had broken up dramatically. Looks to me like the whole thing will need digging up and putting back down.
