The replacement one came from Lidl, I'll measure the diameter later tonight. It's more likely the shower head that's restricting the flow with either fewer or smaller holes. The chrome hoses do have a plastic pipe inside them and are usually a standard diameter. See the links below for alternatives: Hose Head
