Now I am getting excited! When I tried to remove Zone Alarm from my PC (after it messed up my outlook) it wont delete and it comes up saying something about true vector being in use I tried to boot in safe mode but internet wouldnt work at all on there I used a wired (ethernet) connection
toptotty1117 Posted June 12, 2007 Author Posted June 12, 2007 Ok, after reading those threads above Steve I figured it could well have something to do with the Zone Alarm thingy as I had tried removing it again earlier and it came up with the True Vector error message Anyway I looked in processes and there was one there called zlclient.exe which I seem to think is Zone Labs and part of the same thing. So I deleted it and then went to try and remove Zone Alarm and it let me do it. I'm now on the 13 minute countdown to see if that has done anything Got about 10 mins left I reckon!

xircon Posted June 13, 2007 Posted June 13, 2007 But as I said, do not go on-line without a firewall, try comodo or kerio instead. Also AVG anti-virus is the best and free. Glad everything is working.
