Savory family, Dougie, Glenn and a girl can't remeber her name. They also had some Oates family living there.

Oakes, not Oates, carol was the girls name,and also another son,Gary..

 They're my cousin's.

They lived next door to us. I think I have photos of them playing in our garden. My brother Nigel was pals with Dougie and Glenn

It was originally my grandmothers house, then , as the kids married and left, it got signed over to my Aunty Lily and Uncle Dennis, with my Grandma and Aunty Jean moving to Winn Gardens.

 A sad day when Aunty Lily died,and our Gary had to move out.

 I ,and my brother and sisters had many happy time there.

I'm looking for a girl called Diane harris ??she worked as a telephonist in the steel  works in 1972  she lived in bramham road darnall?? I would love to meet her again,  even to say hello. Yes, lived no 2. Left in around 1975. We both went to meynell. My brother went on to Chaucer..

Not sure how this post got moved from the meynell link
