Did art in the park sign the e petition about it?

 

TBH I am not sure... I shall check it out! It has astonished me really the immediate impact the Olympics has had - I was in favour but now I shudder to think what the effect will be on grass-roots organisations, including sports-motivated ones.

 

 

And I think the logo's cr*p.

I know the petition link was circulated around all charities and community groups, I think offer sent it to me.

I wonder if there is available anywhere, in the media or whatever, an itemised breakdown of how the £400 000 was actually spent? I think it would make interesting reading.

BBC London, on their magazine programme, announced at 6.55pm that the logo has been removed (for review) from the website because it has triggered so many epilepsy problems since being posted.

On the main news, six logos were shown, produced FREE by viewers and I thought five of the six were excellent - Underground logo plus rings etc. just tidy, clear and uncomplicated!

No doubt that smug smart-farce, Coe, has got plenty of plus points to commend it when most normal people think it's utter junk.

On BBC London 'Breaking News', taken off the website as it has triggered so many epilepsy problems with viewers. Just replace it with one of the FREE versions put forward by the public, most of which were excellent, clear, concise and spot-on. Olympics- London-2012.

I looked again and I like it now. The reason for this is that if you look with the right pair of dirty minded eyes, it looks like a woman bent down, performing a 'sex act' on a man.

As well as being crap and slightly "rude" its also giving some people epileptic fits... good start to the Olympics.
