How much lower can these lowlife scumbags get. I hope the disabled person was not hurt in this attack, although the trauma must be horrific for him. One hopes it would act as a deterrent in the first place. More likely to confirm a prosecution than a mere description and I'd like to think sentences would be more severe, without remission! People ahead of me must think CCTV is of use as it appears to be speading and I have no objection to that. I used to think - and this certainly is misguided - that there was immunity to disabled people when it came to attacks. How I hope this thief is caught and given what he deserves.
