jerkjames
I am a computer engineer, spending 3/4th a day before computer. In due course I felt both my neck pain and back pain. I heard that, for many people, low back pain follows fairly predictable cases. Nagging back pain lasts a few months — maybe letting up temporarily when you take a pain reliever — and then it goes away. So where does chiropractic care fit into the picture? How well does chiropractic care stack up against more conventional treatments for low and severe back pain?
fox20thc
I think I would be asking why you aren't sitting correctly at your desk for starters, and having micro breaks.
